Adelaide elopement photographer, Wilson & Lewis Photography were contacted in September 2020 by S+D to document their micro wedding.
Having recently moved to South Australia for essential work purposes and knowing almost no one here in Adelaide, S+D decided to elope.
In our first meeting S+D told us they had sadly been forced to cancel their original wedding plans in the U.K. due to the ongoing global health crisis. Whilst chatting about elopement photography we discovered that we had all lived a short walk from each other when living in London – it really is a small world!
With only four guests in attendance and their family watching on via zoom, this micro wedding at Marybank farm was the modern definition of an elopement wedding.
As this was such an intimate wedding, the couple met each other for a first look experience. They shared a wonderful moment before walking the aisle together. Originally S+D were planned to have us, the photographers, be their witnesses for the wedding. However, their wonderful landlords offered to help and signed the legal documents instead.
Tereza and Tony would like to thank S+D for choosing us as their elopement photographers. Thank you both for trusting us to record this wonderful moment in your life, we hope your families back in Scotland & New Zealand loved the wedding photos!
