Kathryn and Steve – A Romantic English Countryside Wedding

Rolling fields of green in the English countryside; a soft cool breeze after the rain; perfectly manicured rose gardens; a unique Victorian mansion covered in luscious green and red ivy. This was the setting for a perfectly romantic countryside wedding in Bedfordshire, England.
Kathryn and Steve chose the picturesque Shuttleworth Estate, 80 km north of London, as the place to tie the knot in front of close family and friends. Their bridal party consisted of their children who seemed delighted in dressing up for the special day. Kathryn's daughter was all smiles and Steve junior looked rather dapper in a mini version of his father's suit.
The wedding was the perfect combination of classically romantic and individually unique. Their personal style shone through with the groom wearing navy Converse high-tops and the best man in spiked leather boots. Kathryn's locally designed dress was stunning, classy and showed off her elegant tattoo each time she turned around to greet another guest.
The ballroom at Shuttleworth estate, complete with chandelier and classical paintings, was set out for an impressive dinner. Being musicians, Kathryn and Steve decorated each place setting with musical instruments, giving each guest an individually selected guitar to suit their unique personality.
Dessert was a tall tower of indulgent white and dark chocolate cupcakes, each unique and decorated by hand. The glorious monument with so many levels of chocolate frosting looked absolutely irresistible.
Romance was alive in the twilight walk that we shared with the newly-weds. This romantic coupling in the English countryside simply took our breath away.
