Bec + Stefan's Engagement Photography

Relative newcomers to Adelaide, we love exploring new locations and look outs. When Bec + Stefan suggested we explore Waterfall Gully we were truly inspired.

Located in the foothills of the Mount Lofty ranges, Waterfall Gully is a beautiful location for wedding and engagement photography. The steep ascent is quite tough with a heavy photography pack on your back, but the views over the city are particularly beautiful.

Our plan was to ascend and capture the setting sun over the city.

If this was not already special enough, Bec brought helium balloons along for extra fun! But sometimes the perfect moments are those you do not plan.

Waterfall Gully is perfect for engagement photography

To say Bec + Stefan are incredibly fit would be an understatement. One only need to look Stefan's enormous calves to realize his level of fitness, honestly, look at the size of them!

With balloons held aloft and love in their hearts they left both of us in their dust and made easy work of the climb. Huffing and puffing after them, we reached the top and looked out across the city as our reward.

We shared the sunset together, it was a perfect moment. A perfect moment made more so by the kangaroo which decided to join us. As Bec + Stefan were positioned for a photo with the curious roo, a fox dashed through the field!
